About Yair M. Tabibi

Yair M. Tabibi is a partner and Director of Prelitigation at Tabibi Law Firm, where he oversees California personal injury claims before a lawsuit is filed. He focuses on high-value cases involving catastrophic injuries, car accidents, motorcycle and truck collisions, dog bites, slip and trip-and-fall accidents, and wrongful death.

Known for his direct communication and determined advocacy, Yair helps injured clients understand their options while pursuing compensation for medical expenses, lost income, pain and suffering, and other losses. He takes time to understand how an accident has affected each client’s health, family, and daily life, then works to ensure those consequences are clearly presented during insurance settlement negotiations.

As Director of Prelitigation, Yair oversees case development, evidence gathering, and negotiations with insurance companies. His approach combines careful preparation with tough, fair negotiation. When a claim cannot be resolved on acceptable terms, he helps prepare the case for the firm’s litigation team.

Before becoming a partner, Yair spent two years as a case manager and previously worked in Tabibi Law Firm’s litigation department. That background gives him a practical understanding of how decisions made early in a personal injury case can affect settlement negotiations and later litigation.

Yair graduated summa cum laude from UCLA and earned his law degree from USC Gould School of Law, concentrating his studies in alternative dispute resolution and negotiation. An academic award winner, he also served as a teaching assistant and on the board of the Jewish Law Students Association.

Outside the office, Yair enjoys playing sports and spending time with his family, especially his nephew and younger brother. He values getting to know his clients personally and helping them move forward after a serious injury.
